One table. A common procedure.
The host explains the session structure and resolves procedural questions. Follow the announced order of play. If you are unsure, ask before acting.
Clear actions, visible chips.
Announce your action clearly. Keep practice chips visible and do not move another participant’s equipment. Practice chips have no monetary value and are never exchanged for money.
A fair conversation.
Do not discuss unfinished hands you are not involved in. Avoid unsolicited advice, collusion or sharing information that is not available to everyone under the session rules.
Respect is part of the format.
Abusive, discriminatory or intimidating behaviour has no place at the table. Raise a concern with the host rather than escalating a disagreement.
Your attention belongs at the table.
Keep devices quiet. Ask before photographing anyone and respect a refusal. Participant names or photographs must not be posted without separate permission.
Breaks are welcome.
Use the scheduled breaks and step away when you need to. Tell the host if you wish to leave the session. No one should pressure another person to continue.
Adults only.
Every participant must be 18 or older. Proof of age is required for attendance. Bring proof of age to an in-person session.
Results with permission.
Published results use participant aliases. Practice points carry no monetary value.
